      You can't do this, I'm afraid.

      You can convert the entire slide to an image, though. Then nothing (but the

      image itself) is selectable.

    • Try this (it will fool a lot of folk!)

      View the slide at 10% (type 10% in to the zoom box)

      Draw a rectangle as big as possible and set it to 99% transparent fill. Make

      sure its in the front

      Give it a custom animation of disappear - with previous

      Set the zoom back to 65% or whatever it normally is.

      The rectangle will never appear in show mode but in edit mode will "block"

      the slide
