Moving and resizing an image in one motion

How can you move and resize an image on the same slide? I would like to have
this image fill the screen when the slide first opens, but then shrink down
and move to the bottom right corner after the background photograph appears.
This is how I want it set up-
1. the image fades in (full screen)
2. the background photograph fades in behind it
Ok, fine to here
3. the first image moves to the bottom right corner, while shrinking and
stops in the corner(At the end, it's the same image, just smaller and out of
the way)
4. Another image will fade in after that with Company information
I am having problems doing multiple effects on the same slide and I can't
figure out how to add multiple effects on the same image without changing the
effects that were on it from the start.
